Why build modular

Modular buildings are manufactured in a factory and then transported and installed at their final location. Because the factory is a controlled environment, modular builds are quicker and cheaper than regular masonry, while still offering the same quality and flexibility in design. The efficient construction process means there’s less waste and less environmental impact, and the factory where the construction takes place can be better controlled for safety hazards, so everyone wins.
